International YES! CAMP
International
YES! Camp
Teenagers cannot wait to meet their peers as they used to before the pandemic.
Homeschooling, being banned from going out, lack of outdoor activities…
All of this can cause stress, anxiety and feelings of loneliness.
Our aim has always been to help young people cope effectively with stress and to learn emotional competence.
This is particularly important in the current situation!
The YES! camp in Taraska is a lot of great fun in the fresh air but also:
The international format of the camp provides additional benefits: integration of young people from different countries, cultural exchange, improvement of the English language (the camp will be conducted in this language).
We believe that the true measure of success is a happy and healthy child,
who can successfully cope with life’s challenges.

What is the programme of the camp?
More about YES! Camp…
In response to the global crisis of health, communication and ethical values faced by young people, a YES! camp was created.
During the YES! camp there are daily activities during which the youth learn:
YES! develops:
In addition to valuable knowledge – which also take the form of interesting games – there is time to relax in hammocks, walks in the forest, by the river, team games (not found anywhere else!). The program also includes evening talent shows, discos, bonfires, and nighttime expeditions…
RELAXATION AND ANTI-STRESS TECHNIQUES
In today’s world, young people are under increasing stress, the effects of which are devastating to both mental and physical health.
Stress can cause: difficulty sleeping, irritability, anger, frustration, aggression, illness, poor school performance…
In order to help young people cope with stress and systematically release it from their bodies, we teach them breathing and relaxation techniques.
In many countries around the world, for example in the United States, these techniques are taught at school.
At the YES! camp, youth perform techniques similar to those taught to adults in our courses.
The instructors explain exactly how specific techniques work and when to do them, as each participant can also apply them when they return home.
The techniques we teach help to relax, calm down, or energize yourself. They increase mental clarity, improve memory, concentration and reduce stress levels.
The greatest benefit comes from regular practice.
What do participants and parents say about YES! Camp?
WHERE?
We invite youth to the Art of Living International Retreat Center Taraska, Poland.
The area of the Center is very large, which allows for many activities. There is a swimming pool, a soccer pitch, a beach volleyball court, hammocks, a place for a bonfire.
The Center is located in the heart of the beautiful Sulejów Landscape Park, near to the Czarna River and the Pilica River, so the program does not lack walks to the forest or to the river.
We offered 4-person rooms, each with its own bathroom.
A large (400-meter) tent and several smaller workshop rooms are available for the participants.
In our recently renovated canteen we serve 5 tasty, healthy and wholesome vegetarian meals a day.
Who takes care OF THE CHILDREN?
Children are cared for by a qualified staff of tutors.
The program is supervised by a teacher who has completed special Art of Living training to lead programs for children and youth.
We want each child to feel cared for, which is why we provide more tutors than required by law.
During YES! Camp one tutor takes care of 10 participants.
This ensures an individual approach to each of them.
During the YES! camp in Taraska the main teacher will be Ilona Pawluk.
She has been an instructor of the Art of Living programs for 30 years. Ilona is a psychologist and a family development specialist.
Ilona is passionate about working with children and youth, but her social activities and helping others also play an important role in her life.
Privately, a mother of three wonderful children.
